MEMORIAM

Robert “Bob” Kelly DDS

Past FDA President, Dr. Bob Kelly, passed away June 13, 2007 after a twelve year battle with multiple myleoma.  Dr. Kelly served his country in the US Dental Corps during the Korean War and served organized Dentistry for 47 years.  He is described by many as a true adventurist, fighter and a survivor.  Having survived two plane crashes and with travel all over the world, he truly can be remembered as special.

Dr. Kelly was the President of the FDA in 1975.  He also was the National Convention Chairman in 1981 and again in 1996.  Bob is most remembered for his sharp financial skills that brought the FDA out of financial disaster and into the prosperous organization that it is today.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the City of Hope in memory of Dr. Robert Kelly on the web: Giving to City of Hope, by phoning 1-800-544-3541 or by mail:
